PROGRAM:

• Every day yoga…
• Juicy Vinyasa flow, relaxing Yin Yoga and Mindfull Meditation.
• We will wake up with a meditation and we will flow through the day.
• There will be enough space for some cooling dives in the pool or a sunbath at the pool…
• Ofcourse there will be a day off for some fun stuff like an excursions to the lake of Ardales…

ALL INCLUSIVE:

• Yummy Vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner.
